The Tasmanian Craft Fair presents a range of awards each year recognising excellence in the field of Crafts and Arts.

TCF2011 Award Winners

Premier's Award for Excellence: Tim Peel (jewellery designer and craftsman), Silvermist Studio, Healesville, Victoria - stand 503

Commendations: Emily Snadden for her Limb Brooch using huon pine, precious metals and gemstones (520); Tanya Trotter from Isabel Audrey, milliner, for her felt cloche hat with hand-cut butterfly motif (512); Sarayut Hanchamlert of Pa-Sawan, for his seamless woollen collared jacket, incorporating knitting and hand-weaving techniques (506).

Crafts Arts International Award - Artistic Excellence: Anthony Hoffrichter, Longbeach Wood Design, Victoria (108)

Working Exhibit Award: Greg Porter of Head Heart Hands Art & Craft, Liffey, Tasmania (519)

Commendations: Mary Lewis Designs (553), and Sandra Snow (820), who both displayed well-executed glass flame-working exhibits; Clifford How Fine Art pastel drawing and painting (500).

Stand Presentation Award: Dean Smith Ceramics, Victoria (525)
