ENTRY CONDITIONS
Each applicant must be the creator and designer of his or her craft sold at the Fair.
No Commission selling, i.e. no sales on behalf of a third party.
No selling of any imported manufactured goods, including hats. Any stall holder found contravening this condition will be asked to vacate their stall immediately.
Exhibitors must be in attendance at their stall each day of the four days of the Fair.
Stall holders using a naked flame must supply their own fire extinguisher and have it within easy reach at all times.
Stall holders must not allow their exhibits or free standing display units to protrude into the aisles.
No raffles are permitted at the Fair.
GENERAL INFORMATION
STALL SIZES


SINGLE 3m deep x 3m long (9 sq. m approximately)
ONE & ONE HALF 3m deep x 4.5m long (13.5 sq. m approximately)
DOUBLE 3m deep x 6m long (18 sq. m approximately)
Stalls are constructed from 20 mm square steel tubing, the frame is 2m high  and covered with hessian. Please ensure you record the size of the stall you apply for.
PROVISIONS
All stalls will be supplied with one power point.
All stalls will be supplied with one 2.25m x 0.75m table.
Double stalls will be supplied with a second table.
All stalls will receive one TCF program and four staff passes.
Lighting must not exceed 150 w as extra load will risk power failure.
Extra tables, lights, special effects, etc. are stall holders responsibility.
GENERAL
Although ever effort will be made to accommodate stall holders preferences, the Rotary Club of Deloraine reserves the right to allocate specific floor space.
Stalls will be available for occupancy from 1.00 pm on Thursday. Stall presentation is to be completed before 9.00 am on Friday and removed by 5.00 pm on Monday.
No responsibility is accepted for breakages, theft or loss of goods or equipment.
To qualify as a Working Exhibitor the craft must be demonstrated for a minimum of three hours per day.
Radio and Television journalists cover the Fair and requests from them for interviews should be honoured as this promotion will greatly help the Fair, individual Arts or Crafts and all stall holders.
NEW APPLICANTS
New applicants should forward to the TCF Director a sample of their work with a copy of this application. Arrangements may be made to leave samples at central places for collection, or as an option, a series of photographs clearly displaying the completed articles with a written detailed description.
PAYMENT
Payment may be made by submitting the above form, posting it with cheques/Postal Orders to the Secretary, with a completed printout of this page. Click Print on your browser's tool bar to print this page.
LEVY
A compulsory levy of $45.00 is charged as a contribution towards the massive advertising campaign designed to promote this event, the passes, programs and contingencies.
REFUND
Refunds will be forwarded automatically to unsuccessful applicants. Should a stall holder find it necessary to cancel allotted stall space, notification must be forwarded to the TCF Director prior to September 10th to be eligible for a refund.
